I have a Master’s degree in clinical psychology and have been registered
as a psychologist since 1986. I have trained in both clinical and counselling
psychology, and have also practised in educational and organisational psychology.
I have extensive work experience as a clinical practitioner and at an executive
management level – working in both government and corporate environments,
including 11 years of employment with the Ministry of Education. My previous
work experience can be seen on my CV.
My private practice focuses on therapeutic counselling, professional supervision,
mentoring, leadership development, group facilitation, and communities of practice.
I offer individual therapy to adults, specifically in the areas of anxiety, relationship and interpersonal concerns, as well as offering parenting and child development consultations.
Having trained in a variety of evidence-based therapeutic modalities, I strongly believe in responding to individual needs through an integrative, eclectic therapeutic approach.
